Where possible, we will only collect personal information directly from you; however we may obtain your information from other people (e.g. referring agencies, service providers etc.) In some circumstances we will need to obtain sensitive information about you which will only be collected where reasonable to do so.

We may also collect personal information through use of our website or interacting with us on social media. This information is used to improve our website and to provide a response where required.

You can request to access or correct your personal information held by us. Your request will be processed in a reasonable timeframe.

If we do not provide you with access or refuse to update your information, you will be notified. Where appropriate, we will provide you with the reason for the decision.

If you wish to make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information please forward your concerns to our Chief Executive Officer.   We are committed to respecting your privacy and we will respond to you as soon as reasonably possible.
