If you have a request for repairs or maintenance you can either:
- Telephone Regional Housing Limited with the details
- Complete a Maintenance form at the Regional Housing Limited office
- Leave a Maintenance form in your kitchen for our staff to pickup during an Inspection
Our staff will contact you to discuss the problem and will inform you of who will rectify the problem and a suitable response time frame in accordance with the organisations Maintenance Obligations Checklist.
If your property requires an emergency repair (e.g. major water leak, hot water system breakdown or dangerous electrical or other safety fault) please contact the Regional Housing Limited office during office hours or our after hours number at other times so that repairs can be arranged immediately.
