RHL’s New Affordable Housing Complex – Official Opening

The Minister for Communities, Housing and Digital Economy, Hon Leeanne Enoch MP, officially opened Regional Housing Limited’s new affordable housing complex in Bundaberg on 22 September 2021.

Minister Enoch, joined by Tom Smith MP and RHL Treasurer Sandra Holebrook (pictured), spent time speaking with residents of the new complex over morning tea, hearing their stories and seeing first-hand the positive impact that this housing has had on their lives.

RHL CEO Brett Hanna said he was excited to be working with the Queensland Government to help provide additional housing at a time when it’s needed most, completing this project ahead of schedule and on budget. “We know how life changing this housing will be for 16 Bundaberg families, particularly at a time when increasing pressures on the local housing market have made finding a home especially challenging.”
